Our Staff

Comeragh Wilderness Academy is what it is today thanks to the humble service and dedication of countless individuals. Guided by our Christian values, both those who have spent a brief time with us and those who have been part of our journey for longer periods have made their own valuable contribution.

It’s through the grace and commitment of these many hands and hearts that our academy has grown and thrived. Each person has left a mark, contributing to our collective mission in their unique way.

In humility, we acknowledge that the foundation and strength of Comeragh Wilderness Academy lie in the selfless efforts of each person who has served the wider community, reflecting our shared commitment to serving and learning together.

“By knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches.” – Proverbs 24:4

Academy Staff

We are blessed to work alongside a wonderful team who have devoted themselves to the betterment of the students in our care. They are not just teachers, not just maintenance workers, not just cooks but also friends in a time of need, a neighbour with a kind word and a smiling face when a student may be feeling down. Together they are what makes Comeragh Wilderness Academy a pleasant place to be for the students in our care.

Comeragh Stores

Comeragh Stores is our village store which operates in the village of Rathgormack, close by to the Academy. It has provided tremendous support to the academy down through the years in the form of donations, support and the kindness and love the staff show our students whenever they get the chance.
